Primeline has been renamed Private Banking Direct.
The Private Banking Direct service has been designed for our most valued customers and will provide you with an improved range of benefits at no extra cost.
We are writing to all of our customers to explain the changes and to provide details on the new benefits. If you have not yet received this information then please call us on 0845 788 55 22 (Text Phone 0845 900 5961).
To access your account online from now on, you will be able to use NatWest OnLine Banking.
If you have a PIN and password for Primeline you can continue to use these with Private Banking Direct.
